TEACHERS how precious you are! TEACHING how noble it is!

October 5,2009 was set as World Teachers' Day. This day was dedicated to all teachers to the whole world. It is a special day to thanks them for all the efforts, sacrifices, hardship they have rendered and done to mold and develop a young minds into a mature, responsible citizen. Teachers are the one producing professionals; someone like: doctors, nurses, engineers, dentist, economist, and even teachers. This is a day where the whole world give honor and tribute to all teachers by saying thank you for a job well done.

The Kolambugan Central School celebrated the World Teachers' Day at exactly 3:30 in the afternoon. Just a short program where prepared by the pupils in honor to all teachers  especially those who one way or  the other molded them. Pupils from Grades I - VI took charge of the said program from doxology to closing remarks, where the teachers just seat down, watched and listened to what all talented pupils had showed. They prepared presentations to let the teachers see the outputs  of their efforts.

An acroustic "A TEACHER"  by the selected Grade III-1 pupils described how a teacher work everyday. Kemberly Denopol, a grade VI-1 pupil sang "Ang Ugoy sa Duyan". She sang it with all her hearts and dedicated to all the teachers. Another Grade VI-1 pupils in the person of  Dayven Adrian Ember  Malifer - deliverd his message of gratitude. In his message , he emphasized how thankful and blessed he was to all his teachers especially  to his mentors who have imparted knowlwdge to his young, growing minds and discovered his potentials, abilities, and talents. he has possessed. He was really grateful  to all of this things. A grade one pupils recited a poem: " Pamana ng Guro" wondering and ask why teachers never complains to hardship in the kind of job he/she has and the teacher say: because I want to impart golden knowledge to their blank minds. A sweet little girl dedicate a song to all the Kolambugan Central Teachers headed by Mrs. Remedios G. Balane. Selected Grade V and VI pupils pesented an intermission: sayawit which shows the fruit of the efforts and creative of the teachers who trained them. It doesn't stop in different persentations but the most touching part is when they pupils give tribute to the teachers who was already part of their lives. They gave something like cards, thank you letter, gifts and flowers as a sign of their gratitude.

May the Lord God continously shower His blessings and guidance to all teachers of the whole world and may the teachers wholeheartedly  teach and mold the young ones. My salute to all the Teachers and CONGRATULATIONS!
